How to use Adminpak.msi to install a specific server administration tool in Windows

Use MSIEXEC to install a specific server administration tool that is contained in Adminpak.msi

By default, when you install the Administration Pack, all the available tools in the Administration Pack are installed. However, you can use Windows Installer command-line switches to install specific server administration tools.

For example, you can run the following command from a command prompt:

msiexec /i adminpak.msi ADDLOCAL=AdminToolAbbreviation /qb

Note: AdminToolAbbreviation is the abbreviated name of the server administration tool that you want to install and that is contained in the Windows 2000 Adminpak.msi file or the Windows Server 2003 Adminpak.msi file.
